Beautiful Gardens

I hoped that I would be able to show you my finished tiny garden - Rita's Quiet Garden, but the fence was dreadful. It looks so lovely in Rita's photograph but unfortunately mine was not - some practise is needed there I think. So the fence has been taken down and a bit of extra landscaping is going to be added.

I have also been busy putting things in my Etsy shop, I need to clear some space for some new projects so I am having a HUGE sale - so pop over to the etsy shop by clicking on the button to the left - but obviously only once you have finished reading the post!

I was lucky to get the chance to go to a private garden viewing the other evening. A wonderful couple opened up their beautiful grounds for our village garden society. I am not a member but managed to talk a friend into inviting me along. The gardens were just exquisite. I am afraid I took enormous amounts of photographs. I have tried to cut down the number I am posting but it was very hard to decide which ones to leave out.

Hiya Claire!
Oh it's lovely! And it looks massive! It must be a full-time job for someone. No wonder you took a lot of photos and it was right up your street with the roses! I love the astrantias at the end, they're one of my favourite flowers. The 'tunnel' of greenery is lovely too.
