New York Style Loft Apartment

This is a workshop by Ginger Landon Seigel that I have been working on this weekend. It is part of the Micro Minis Group Annual convention. It has been so much fun to do. It is the first time I have created a miniature out of something that isn't a laser cut kit structure.
The Box that we started with.
The wallpaper cut and folded.
The Wallpaper glued in.

The brick paper cut and folded.

The brick paper glued on.

The back of the box.
Covering the floor.
The floors are in and the black top glued on.
The railings around the roof.

Some rugs added and the trees on the roof.

And lastly the fire escape.
All that needs to be done now is the black gravel on the roof top terrace, but I am waiting until I have decided where to put my other plants before adding that. There is a lovely clear plastic front that slides on the front to keep it all neat and clean! Now I just need to decide on the furniture.
Thank you Ginger for such a wonderful workshop!

So cute! Can't wait to see what it'll be decorated like inside! Hey I think it should be like Jerry Seinfeld's apartment... but I would say that, wouldn't I? ;-)
