Teeny Tiny Present

I have had a number of wonderful little parcels over the last month or so, all from my friend Rita. That would be Rita of 'Ritas Farm' fame! All sorts of wonderful things to make which you will see appearing over time on here and also a tiny little magnetic gluing jig which is just so cute in itself! So obviously the first thing I made with the little jig was a present for Rita. Having met her on the 144th scale convention I decided that it was only fitting that is was something in 144th scale. Judith at In Some Small Way helped me choose some of her kits that we thought Rita might like and came up with a bed and chest of drawers combination. I added a few extras like bedding and things on top of the drawers.

Here is a photo of what I made.

And here is another one to give you an idea of scale. They are sitting on top of an English 2p!

And the following are some photos of the magnetic glue jig itself, which is currently being used to build the 144th scale antiques shop that I bought in Judiths recent sale.

I am also working on the exterior of the Sea Shanty. I found just the right colour so there will be some photos of how that is going on soon.

Gracias. Es la primera vez yo he agregado este tanto detalle en una escala tan pequeña. Claire
